Welcome to UaHub (CVR 45599841). By using our website, membership platform, Telegram groups, and events, you agree to the following terms.

1. Membership
   UaHub membership is free. By joining, you confirm that the information provided is accurate.
2. Services we provide
   – Online workshops
   – Offline forums and meetups
   – Business & member directories
   – Telegram groups and chatbot
   – Mentoring and clubs

Some services may have participation fees to cover operational costs (venues, equipment, etc.).

3. User responsibilities
   You agree to:
   – Use the platform respectfully
   – Avoid spam, harassment, and inappropriate content
   – Respect moderators and other members
   – Provide real and accurate information
   – Not misuse the directory or internal community data
4. Event participation
   By registering for an event, you agree to:
   – Follow event rules
   – Respect other participants
   – Pay participation fee when applicable

We may record online workshops (optional for speakers).

5. Directories & listings
   If you add your business or profile:
   – You grant us permission to display it publicly
   – You are responsible for accuracy and updates
   – We may remove listings that violate rules
6. Limitation of liability
   UaHub is not responsible for:
   – Business outcomes or deals between members
   – Actions of third parties
   – Errors caused by external tools or platforms (Telegram, payment systems, etc.)

Services are provided “as is”.

7. Data protection
   We follow GDPR rules.

8. Termination
   We may remove or suspend accounts that violate community rules, spam, or abuse services.
